How do you know if you bought a lemon? If you’ve had the vehicle back several times, and the problem is still not fixed, you may have a lemon. A good benchmark seems to be either 4 or more times into the dealer or the vehicle is out of use for 30 days or longer without the problem being fixed, but there are important exceptions. The Lemon Law can apply to used vehicles as well, as long as they’re sold under warrantee. Surprisingly, not just cars are covered. Boats, motor homes, and motorcycles are all generally covered. If you do have a lemon, you may be entitled to get your money back and have all of your attorney fees paid.
